These terms govern your use of Vyapar Legal, a service operated by Simply Vyapar Apps Private Limited (CIN [TO BE CONFIRMED - CIN]), registered at [TO BE CONFIRMED - REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS]. By submitting an enquiry or engaging us, you accept them.

We connect you with independent professionals, including Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, cost accountants and advocates, whose registration we verify with the relevant institute or Bar Council.

Professional work is performed by that professional. We coordinate the engagement, hold it to the agreed scope and date, and remain your point of contact.

Content on this website is general information about compliance in India. It is not tax, accounting or legal advice, and no client relationship arises from reading it or from submitting an enquiry. Advice is given only within an engagement, in writing, by the professional assigned to you.

After the consultation we send you a written scope, a fee and a committed date. Work begins once you accept. If the scope changes, we send a revised scope and fee before continuing.

Government fees, stamp duty and third-party charges are payable in addition and are stated separately.

• Give us complete and accurate information and documents.
• Respond to requests in time for the committed date to be met.
• Make statutory payments due to the government when they fall due.
• Tell us promptly if anything about your business changes mid-engagement.

Turnaround times stated on this site are the time we need once we have complete documents from you. They do not include time taken by a government department, portal or registry, and they do not include periods in which we are waiting on you.

Professionals in our network are independent and remain bound by the rules of their own institute or Bar Council. Their separate partner terms apply to them, and nothing in these terms creates employment or partnership between us.

We are not liable for penalties, interest or losses arising from information you gave us that was incomplete or inaccurate, from delay by a government authority, or from your failure to respond in time. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the fee you paid us for the engagement concerned.

The Vyapar Legal name, the Vyapar name and everything on this website belong to Simply Vyapar Apps Private Limited. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the location of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
